30 Days of Flash Fiction
If you're a writer, then you know that National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) was in November and you were probably busy writing. For those who don't know what this is, NaNoWriMo is an annual challenge where authors try to write a 50,000-word manuscript in November. In 2019, I worked on Otherworld book 4 during NaNoWriMo. While I didn't write anywhere near 50,000 words that month, I did make huge progress on the manuscript. That manuscript has since been finished.
My high-priority works-in-progress for November 2020 were not at the writing stage, so I wasn't trying for 50,000 words in a month. Instead, I did a 30 days of flash fiction challenge. I gathered thirty writing prompts and did one each day. Most I released here, a few I didn't.
Here you can find the writing prompts, the flash story if I've released it, or the reason why it was not released. Several of these are connected to Otherworld, or to another in-progress story. A few of the unreleased stories will be released later, as part of a larger work.
